The i.MX8X family of processors features advanced implementation of up to quad ARM® Cortex®-A35 core which operate at speeds of up to 1.2 GHz. A general purpose Cortex®-M4 core processor enables low-power processing.

CL-SOM-iMX8X is equipped with up to 4GB of on-board LPDDR4 memory. The LPDDR4 channel is 32-bits wide and operates at 1200 MHz clock frequency (LPDDR4-2400).
