The Freescale i.MX6 SoC is an implementation of the quad ARM Cortex™-A9 core, which operates at frequencies up to 1.2 GHz (single and dual core variants are also available). The i.MX6 provides a variety of interfaces.
CM-FX6 is available with up to 4GBytes of DDR3. The DDR3 interface is up to 64-bits wide and operates at up to 533 MHz clock frequencies.
